The 5th National Moot Court Competition 2025 was organized from 4th to 6th April 2025. The event attracted enthusiastic participation from law colleges across India, with students engaging in dynamic legal debates on the theme of "Labour Rights of the Organised Sector." This timely and critical topic allowed participants to explore the legal frameworks, rights, and challenges faced by workers in the organised sector, fostering meaningful discussions and contributing to the ongoing discourse on labor law reforms in India.

The winner for the competition was BMS College Of Law, Bangalore.

The Competition provided a valuable platform for participants to sharpen their advocacy skills, enhance teamwork, and gain deeper legal insights through rigorous research, drafting, and oral arguments.
