For internal examinations, the paper may be withheld and the student and parent or guardian may be required to appear before the Examination Committee. For university examinations, the matter is reported to KSLU.
Absence and Lost Hall Ticket
- Absence from an internal, mid-term or university examination without prior permission or valid reason is a disciplinary offence. The student, with a parent or guardian, must meet the Controller of Examinations before being permitted to attend class.

Result Analysis
After each internal and mid-term examination cycle, the Examination Committee analyses results course-wise, subject-wise and student-wise, including pass percentages, average marks and students requiring academic support. Based on this analysis, the Committee recommends remedial classes, mentoring, academic counselling or other measures, and periodically reviews their effectiveness.
