The Orientation program for the first-year students took place from 22nd to 25th of October 2024.

The first session focused on the conceptual understanding of mooting and its relevance in building professional skills.

The second session covered the essentials of preparing a moot memorial, beginning with thorough research and understanding of both petitioner and respondent positions.

The third session focused on drafting a moot memorandum.

The fourth session included mastering courtroom decorum by respectfully addressing the bench and seeking permission to approach.

The last session was a practical simulation of how a moot court is conducted, so that the students can get a practical understanding of the moot court procedures and argument presentation through observation.
