Human Chain

“A Drug-Free Future The Human Chain promoting a “Drug-Free Future” was successfully conducted with enthusiastic participation from students and faculty coordinators. The introductory programme began in the presence of the Director, Rev. Fr. Jerald D'Souza and the Principal Dr. Pauline Priya. The Director addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of youth involvement in drug awareness initiatives. He officially flagged off the event, marking the beginning of the human chain activity. The student participants, along with faculty and student coordinators, the Principal, and the Director, proceeded towards the Residency Road signal, holding posters/placards promoting anti-drug awareness. The student participants actively and silently engaged with the public, spreading awareness and advocating for a drug-free society.

The group then moved towards the Brigade Road War Memorial signal, continuing their mission by displaying impactful slogans on the posters/placards and by forming a human chain—a powerful symbol of unity and collective stand against drug abuse. This public demonstration effectively conveyed the message of solidarity and awareness.
