The Contract Drafting Workshop was organized to provide students with practical knowledge of commercial contract drafting and to enhance their understanding of the essential principles involved in preparing legally sound agreements. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Abhijit Saste, who shared his expertise on the structure of commercial contracts, important drafting clauses, risk allocation, and the use of precise legal language. A total of 115 students actively participated in the workshop, making it an engaging and interactive learning experience.

Through practical examples and real-world scenarios, participants gained valuable insights into drafting commercial agreements and understanding the legal implications of various contractual provisions. The workshop successfully bridged the gap between theoretical learning and practical application, equipping students with the foundational drafting skills required in corporate legal practice and preparing them for the subsequent Contract Drafting Competition.
