On 2nd December 2025, 31 students from the 3 LLB and 5 BCOM LLB classes visited the Clue4Evidence Forensic Lab located on Rashtriya Vidyalaya Road, Bangalore. The officers of the lab took the students through the methods of logging and recording evidence, identification of crime scene, and precautionary measures. Students were also introduced to forensic software used to examine and analyse digital evidence such as digital photographs and electronic communications. Forensic science officers also demonstrated methods of paper analysis to detect forgeries etc. in cheque bounce cases. Students were also taken through the steps of fingerprint analysis and recognition. The founder of the lab engaged the students in an interactive session as a conclusion, drawing from his experience both as a litigator and a forensic analyst to impress upon students the finer points of the relationship between evidence collection, analysis, and trial argumentation.
