Online Instagram reel making competition themed "Voices of Resistance

On the 6th of January, the online Instagram reel making competition themed "Voices of Resistance" was held successfully. The competition aimed to raise awareness and promote understanding of the rich culture, heritage, stories, folklore, and struggles of indigenous communities worldwide. Participants were invited to create engaging and impactful reels that highlighted these aspects, fostering a deeper appreciation for indigenous rights and resilience.

The competition process was streamlined for online participation, with students submitting their reels digitally before a specified deadline. All entries were uploaded to the official Instagram page of the Human Rights Cell. The winners were determined based on the highest number of likes received within a designated time slot. This interactive approach encouraged audience engagement and added a dynamic element to the judging process. The reels served as a digital platform for students to showcase their creativity and understanding of the competition's theme.

Two winners were ultimately selected, securing first and second place, and were awarded substantial cash prizes, on 9th of January. The winning reels, along with other notable entries, remain accessible on the Human Rights Cell's Instagram page, serving as a valuable resource for raising awareness about indigenous issues.
