"Mind Speaks", organized on 14th November 2024, was aimed at welcoming new members and introducing them to the committee's goals and activities.

The orientation began with an introduction by the faculty coordinator, followed by the student coordinators. They shared insights into the purpose and vision of the MHC, emphasizing the importance of mental health awareness and support within the college community, followed by an icebreaker. The coordinators moved into a creative exercise encouraging the participants to reflect personally on the topic and express their thoughts in a non-verbal manner was conducted, concluding in a reflection session.
