The COMED CELL of St Joseph College of Law hosted its perennial event UDBHAVA, an intra collegiate business fest. The fest was organized on the 18 th of December while the preliminary rounds took place on the 17 th of December. Mr. Ashish Wilson, Ms. Madhura G and Ms. Lincy Joy Kutty were the faculty coordinators for the event. This year, UDBHAVA featured 4 events – TOPBOSS BASH, CAPITAL CRAFT, PROMO PALOOZA and INNOLAUNCH.

The inauguration of the event commenced in the conference hall of SJCL at 1:45 PM and the main rounds began from 2:00PM onwards. The theme – “GLOCALISATON” and sub themes of ‘AVIATION’ was notified to the participants. General instructions along with round specifics were also notified to the participants.



The event witnessed over 60 enthusiastic participants across various events divided into teams of 2, 3 and solo participants. The events occurred from 2:00PM to 5:00PM in rooms 301-315. All 4 events commenced their eliminator rounds on the 18 th and subsequently finished their final rounds with the faculty and external judges.

The event was a successful in achieving its goal of instilling a spirit of problem solving in the capitalist world along with developing crucial acumen regarding modern day company management.



The valedictory ceremony took place on the 20 th of December, 2023 at SJCL’s quadrangle during the short break. Jashwanth G of 2BBALLB presided over the event with our beloved director gracing us with the prize distribution. Ms NEHAL was placed as the winner of TOPBOSS BASH hence crowned as MS. UDBHAVA. Mr RUJUL VIJAYENDRA, Ms. SUKHA PRADHA KV & Mr U SANJEEV bagged third prize, Mr JESHURUN D CHRISTOPHER, Ms SARAH MATHEW & Ms SIYA VAID bagged second prize & Ms DHANYA,Mr OMKAR & Mr MRUDHUL bagged first prize in PROMO PALOOZA EVENT Ms VARSHA S, Mr. MILAN JUDE & Mr. BALACHANDAR bagged third in, Mr. TANUSH RAJ, Ms. VARSHA CHOWDHARY & Mr. MOHIT BHANDARI bagged second; Ms. KUSHI CHORDIA & Ms. RAGHAVI bagged First in INNOLAUNCH. Ms.Natya Bopanna , Assistant Professor, St Joseph’s College of Commerce was credible Judge for this event. Mr. IMMANUAL SHEENAL & Mr. AFSAR bagged third, Mr.CHINAMAYE HEGDE & Mr. GAURAV S REDDY bagged second & Mr. ADRIAN GERALD & Mr. NIKHIL JOSEPH bagged First in Capital Craft.

The event was very received and its future editions are much awaited.
