The College organised a ‘Leadership Training Program for all the newly elected student council members on 24th November 2023. The event took place at Mount St. Joseph’s, Bannerghatta and there were various activities arranged. The objective was to instill leadership skills among the elected student representatives. To enhance the skills of the leader such as interpersonal, team building, communication, decision making and self-awareness. There were various activities starting from listening skills, Interaction activity, Team building activity, and much more. Each and every activity conducted had at most significance which thoroughly registered in the minds of the students.
