The SJCL AICUF conducted the Inauguration and orientation session for academic year 2023-24 on the 01 st of December 2023 in the college auditorium from 1.30 to 3.00 PM. The session began with an informal ice breakers session conducted by Ms. Delisha and Mr. Joseph CI, the former office bearers of AICUF, following which the formal programme commenced. Mr. Jagan and Ms. Deekshitha, the MC’s of the day welcomed Ms. Pauline Priya the principal to address the gathering on the significance and relevance of AICUF at SJCL. It was then followed by the session where Fr. Maxim Dias SJ, the State Animator of AICUF, elucidated the vison, mission, and ethos of the AICUF. Having given a brief history of AICUF, Fr. Maxim stressed on the importance of AICUF of SJCL, being a college of law unlike other AICUF units. He further invited the members to play an active role in several fronts. In the later part of the session the former office bearers were felicitated for their contribution and services all throughout the previous academic and the new office bearers assumed to office by Fr. Maxim. The session concluded with the distribution of refreshments after the session.
