On December 16th, 2023, the teaching faculty of SJCL embarked on a heartwarming outreach program, visiting the Holy Cross Sisters Convent. Arriving promptly at 9:00 am, the faculty gathered in the hall where the residents eagerly awaited. Mr. Bhaskar, representing the faculty, initiated the interaction with a brief introduction, Ms. Stevena led a prayer, invoking blessings upon the gathering. To infuse the air with festive spirit, the faculty shared melodious Christmas carols, spreading joy and harmony. Fr. Jerald D'Souza SJ, the director, shared insightful words on the meaning and significance of Christmas in today's world, fostering a sense of togetherness.

The visit extended beyond formalities, evolving into a celebration of life. Dance performances by the faculty and residents intertwined generations, creating moments of pure joy.
