An outreach program was undertaken from 23rd April to 15th May 2025 to Hangal (Haveri District). The outreach aimed to facilitate the social service centre with the necessary human resources to aid certain initiatives in collaboration and to gain first-hand experience of rural livelihood and the socio-economic conditions of the poor. The students were sent to selected villages where they resided in the houses of the people and helped the village panchayat to organize a cleanliness and awareness drive for the villagers. They also helped the villagers to acquire E-Shram and Ayushman Cards. In the evenings, the students put up street play on themes of labour rights and worker provisions, and entertained the children with games and activities with messages. The children were also encouraged by providing them with gifts and prizes for their small achievements. Tuition classes were also conducted for the students to encourage them in their studies and sustain education in the long run.
